PRIVACY POLICY and G.D.P.R. compliance: In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Membership Secretary is the 'Data Controller' with responsibilities to ensure that the Society holds only personal details sufficient to maintain a contact list of current members. The Society has not and will not disclose membership information to any third party. Contact details of members who resign from the Society are deleted along with those of members who have not paid their fees for the previous two years. It is presumed that, by paying the membership fee, permission is granted for the Society to make contact with members to provide news and event information. The Society expects members to respect each other's privacy and not to release any information that they may hold regarding fellow members.
